Submit to Trellis!
1. Poetry -- All poems must be in a fixed poetic form or an original poetic form
accompanied by a brief explanation of the form and your inspiration for it.  Poetry may
cover any theme or issue, but poems with any inappropriate or offensive language will
not be published.  No more than three poems may be submitted at once and no poem
over 60 lines will be considered.

2.  Essays -- Any essays about poetry, especially about the history of poetry or poetic
form, will be welcomed for inclusion in each issue.  Please limit essays to no more than
750 words.
3. Photography & Art -- Only electronic submissions of photography or art in JPEG
format will be accepted.  Art may be on any subject, but again, nothing that is
offensive or inappropriate.
All work must be the original work of the author.  In submitting work to Trellis either by mail or electronically,
you are agreeing to allow Trellis Magazine to publish your work on the Internet or print under your own
copyright.  Trellis accepts submissions at any time for possible inclusion in the next issue.  For information on

By Email -- Use the following email address to send electronic submissions.  Send text
submissions in the body of the email or as an attached Word document. Only .doc or
.txt files will be accepted. Send art or photographs as an attachment in JPEG format.

**Remember to attach a copy of the submission form**
All submissions must include a copy of the Trellis Submission Form.  If sending by mail,
print out and complete the second page of the form.  If sending by email, attach a
completed version of the first page of the form.
